Ok, so what could be heaven on earth?

Well, close any way... cheese cake stuffed strawberries. Check this out.
I found this recipe at this great website: Sugar Derby

They melt in your mouth.

here is the recipe:

• about 20 strawberries, hollowed out, I'll show you later.
• 1 8 oz package of Philly cream cheese
• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Graham crackers crumbled
• Chocolate chips melted.
  
  Hollow out the strawberries

Mix the cream cheese, the powder sugar, and the vanilla till creamy. I used a fork.

Prepare the Graham crackers. Fill a zip lock bag with the cream cheese mixture and cut a small whole on one tip to use to stuff the hollowed out strawberries.

Fill the strawberries and roll on the Graham crumbs.

Melt the chocolate chips and stuff into a zip lock bag, cut the tip and spread onto the strawberries.

And you have no idea how good they are! Try them, it could not be simpler.
