Thursdays are a tailgate event night at my son' little league football practice. It's a tradition I carried over form my older son's days on varsity.
Last night I made home-made lasagna. I found a recipe on the internet and made a giant tray of lasagna.
It seemed to be a big hit as everybody commented on how good it was. Frankly, though, it just tasted like lasagna. I guess that in itself is a good thing.
It was hard work though. I spent about 4 hours making it.
Tonight I am going to try my hand at mac and cheese.
I'll report back on it's success.
